unique partnership to provide convenient, healthy meals using local ingredients

Healthy eating just got easier thanks to Sudbury Meal Prep, a Sudbury-based business offering prepared meals using local ingredients. And guess who is involved?

Fitness trainer Troy Beauregard and mixed martial artist Mitch Gagnon are behind the new business which launched earlier this year. Meals are created by Mark Gregorini and his talented kitchen team, who has sourced ingredients from local farms and suppliers. Clients can prepare the meals at home using a unique, fool-proof method.

“We started the business to give athletes and parents access to great tasting food that is easy to make,” said Beauregard.

The business partners say that although their meals are designed for optimized performance, you don’t need to be an athlete to participate and benefit from the program.

“Even during times like now, we buy from as many local farms and suppliers as we can to give you access to the most fresh and reasonably priced food in the Sudbury area,” said Beauregard.
